More Skiing!

So on Monday I headed back to Crystal Mountain for Edition 2 of my skiing experience. See Edition 1 here and here.

Some more friends from work tagged along and we didn't get there so early b/c it was MLK day and we figured the skier load would be light and we were right. After getting all the rentals and lift passes squared away, we headed for a few runs down the Discovery Hill and then kind of split up for the morning. I skied mostly the same runs I did last time and enjoyed those in the morning. Since the weather was so incredibly clear, I made the long ski lift trip up to the top of the mountain where I could take in the sweeping panoramic views the top offers. On to the pictures...

O.A.R. Concert

Last Saturday, Courtney and I headed down to Seattle for dinner and the see the O.A.R. concert. Dinner was at The Purple Cafe & Wine Bar (http://www.thepurplecafe.com/). I highly recommend it if anyone is ever in the Seattle area. Excellent wine list and very intriguing menu choices. The concert was great. We got there pretty early and since we had general admission floor tickets, we ended up being ~3rd row. Excellent!! Check out some pictures.

Opening act, Eric Hutchinson, worth checking out (http://www.erichutchinson.com/)
